HOW TO ORDER
You may directly purchase items and checkout via Paypal.
If you'd like to send payment through BDO, UNIONBANK or BPI, simply fill out the Order Form or Click Bank Deposit when checking out.

An invoice and bank account details will be sent to you through email. Once payment has been made, kindly email the a copy the deposit slip to firstname.lastname@example.org or pinkytoes_ph.com
Bank option should be made within 3 working days after receiving the order confirmation. Reserved items that are not paid within the 3-day period will be canceled.

1-3 DAYS DELIVERY - PHP 70 for METRO MANILA RESIDENTS
2-5 DAYS DELIVERY - PHP 150 - PHP 250 for PROVINCIAL RESIDENTS
*Shipping Charges will be added to payment made by the client. Shipping fee depends on the weight of the package.
Items will be received and delivered to the client within 1-3 working days after confirming the payment.
FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 7-10 working days via FedEx or DHL (or your preferred courier)
Our website platform is currently available within the Philippines. However, we ship worldwide, please fill out the Online Order Form or email us at email@example.com so we can send you a customized invoice with shipping fees and surcharges.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
We will ONLY accommodate exchanges in the following conditions:
1. Give us a prompt notification once you receive the package and why you are returning the products. Exchange is only allowed for unused items.
2. Color exchange will not be accepted, unless your previous order is not available.
3. Customer will take care of return & exchange shipping charges.
To return or exchange items, they must be in their original condition - unused and with all tags attached and associated packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are sure that you are keeping them. Shoes that are returned with marked soles may not be accepted.

WARRANTY / RETURNS POLICY
We offer 30-days warranty after date of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered as damaged or faulty.
